Client license subscription for Outlook Sync, SyncML, Exchange Active-Sync and Desktop Client is valid for the period of 1 (ONE) year from the date of activation, including all released updates/upgrades during the term of the subscription. When the subscription expires, users will be able to access their data off-line, but synchronization and sending will be disabled. Once subscription is renewed, users can continue using the product without any reconfiguration, preserving all their data and settings. The annual subscription method for CALS also gives you the flexibility to remove unused CALS during the maintenance renewal.
